Service Description
Discover Kyoto after dark on a guided night walk through the historic Okazaki and Nanzen-ji area. With the daytime crowds gone and the streets growing quiet, experience temples, waterways, and historic neighborhoods in a completely different atmosphere. Along the way, hear stories of Kyoto’s history, culture, and local life while exploring a side of the city that many visitors never experience. Highlights may include Nanzen-ji Temple, the Suirokaku Aqueduct, Keage Incline, Heian Shrine, and hidden places along the way. Your guide, Ryotaro Miyashita, grew up in the Okazaki area and shares not only the history of the neighborhood, but also personal stories and perspectives rooted in the local community. Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM Duration: Approximately 2 hours Meeting Point: Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei Lobby Language: English / Japanese The language of each session is determined by the first booking received. Once confirmed, the session will be conducted in that language.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. In case of severe weather or other circumstances that make the tour unsafe, the tour may be cancelled. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule to another available date. As this is an outdoor walking tour, the tour will generally operate in light rain. Please bring an umbrella or rainwear when necessary.
