Kimono Artisan Tour

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

In the event of severe weather, artisan unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the tour from operating, we may offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at our discretion.
