Tea Ceremony Experience
Our tea ceremony experience is open to guests of all ages.
Babies and young children are welcome to join.
While the tea room follows traditional Japanese architecture, we aim to make the experience as comfortable as possible for every guest.
If sitting on the floor or in a formal posture is difficult, accommodations can be made so that you may participate in a relaxed and respectful way.
Guests with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities are also warmly welcomed.
If you have any specific needs or concerns, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Kimono Artisan Tour
The kimono artisan tour takes place inside active, working workshops across Kyoto.
Due to the traditional architecture and working nature of these spaces,
some locations may include narrow passageways, steps, or uneven surfaces,
and may not be fully accessible for wheelchairs or certain mobility devices.
If you have accessibility concerns or require specific accommodations,
please contact us in advance.
We will do our best to adjust the route or pace of the tour where possible.
Our priority is to create a calm and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the tea experience at their own pace.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or requests.
General Note
For both experiences, we do not make assumptions about what is or is not possible.
Instead, we encourage guests to share their needs ahead of time so we can explore the most comfortable and respectful way for them to participate.
Please do not hesitate to reach out.
